Injection moulding

Injection moulding is a manufacturing process that is mainly used in the plastics industry. The material to be moulded, often thermoplastic, is injected into the respective mould under pressure. With this technique, directly usable moulded parts can be produced cost-effectively in large quantities. The production range extends from the smallest elements weighing just a few grams, such as gear wheels, to large moulded parts weighing up to 150 kg.
