A just as important background

Hellweg POWER-Rotors:

Hellweg one-piece-rotor :

Strong Rotor &
Bearings :
Basically all
rotors are made of one material blank. No
welding, no shrinking. On the
left you`ll find a rotor of M340/150. This rotor is made by a four-axle-milling-principle
with an accuracy of 0,01 mm. Rotors can`t be more sturdy
against torsion. This works out considerable on the quality
of granulated material.
Strong Chamber :
Basically HELLWEG
uses no plain bearings ! All rotor
bearings consist of several special constructed and mechanical produced
single elements. See right. On the left you`ll find the basic- and
cutting chamber of M230/150. Recognizable is the strong
flange, in which the bearing will be fastened.
The advance of this
knifes-technic :
Basically
at all series only the fixed knifes have to be adjusted. Never
the rotating knifes. Simply to recognize (right picture): rotating
knifes have drilling holes and fixed knifes have long holes for
adjustment. All knifes can be regrinded many times.
