New In-pipe Cutter RC 180

The latest product of Hellweg Maschinenbau will directly be used at packaging lines. This grinding system was particular developed for the grinding of thin foils. Equipped with a two-knifes-rotor (with the well-known Hellweg bevel cut operation) and an adjustable gap of only 0,03 mm the RC 180 is an useful help for the "volume reduction" and the grinding of foil edges directly at the manufacturing place. Foil edges with a breadth up to 50 mm can be ground with a speed of 700 r.p.m. and a driving power of 0,55 kW. As all products of Hellweg Maschinenbau also the RC 180 is designed for a continuous operation.
