The modified "lab mill" M 50/80 can grind hollow parts up to a diameter of 55 mm directly inside of the injection-moulding machine. With a cutting chamber opening of only 55 x 65 mm this mill is perfectly suitable for industry and continuous operation for the grinding of hollow parts, sprues and foils. The new LAS-system permits an logical exhausting, so that the small mill M 50/80 can't be overfilled. New sizes of sieves from 2,5 mm up to 15 mm, as well as the well-known Hellweg special sieves guarantee a wide field of applications. Among the motor outputs of 1,1 and 1,5 kW, henceforth a motor with 0,55 kW is available, too. For clean- or food- applications the M 50/80 is available in high-grade steel design.

In the field of the mills for incline (series 80/150/180/250) also new applications are possible. The active "flange-mount" of the mill for incline at the injection-moulding machine prevents a pollution of the granulated material. By this closed circle the recycled material can directly be fed again into the injection-moulding machine. A second variant to place the mill is to put it underneath. In this case the infeed-throat of the mill serves as bottom sump of the injection-moulding machine.

Also new is the new customer orientated "Break-even Point Calculator" software. By this software recovery and savings can be calculated and optimised.
