High performance granulators

For thick walled form parts, plates and sprue flats the all-round central mill of the series 300 is perfectly suited. Because of its extreme stability it operates very reliable and safe. The solid rotor (all Hellweg rotors are made of one material blank) with helical cut has a very high flywheel-effect. The standard external bearing (double) protects the bearings optimal from dust. The changing of the sieve, the cleaning because of changing of colour or material, and the adjusting of the knifes is very easy and quick, as a result of the user-friendly construction.

Standard sieves are offered with a size of 6-10 mm. Deliverable are sieves with holes of 3-30 mm, as well as special sieves by Hellweg. These sieves guarantee invariable size of particles and exclude long points of sprues. Guaranteed.
