High End granulator

A very compact cutting mill. The series 260 is used as a central mill. This mill will be used ideal for PET. The cutting chamber will be fastened with an angle directed by Hellweg (to force through hollow bodies). Sprues, plates, form parts and above all hollow parts (bottles, cans up to 5 l) can be ground without any problems. Because of the compact construction (fan fixed in the back area of the upport) less space is necessary. An further advantage is the user-friendly low feeding height.. Also can this series be offered without cabin and without exhausting. The mills of the series 260 are basically double beared. The number consists of the working width and the rotor diameter. The series 260 is an absolutely allround mill. Suitable for all plastics, for GFK-plastics as well, but for this the mill has to be offered in wear-resistant quality.

Standard sieves are offered with a size of 6-10 mm. Deliverable are sieves with holes of 3-30 mm, as well as special sieves by Hellweg. These sieves guarantee invariable size of particles and exclude long points of sprues.
