The cutting mill with
advance shredder and toothed roll

This series will be used, if only least possible parts of dust may remain. We emphasize: "least possible parts of dust", because often there is talk about no dust in the granulated material. But this isn`t possible without great technical expenditure.
Nevertheless the parts of dust are as least as they don`t mean a disadvantage for the production. The principle is an advance shredder in conjunction with toothed rolls with low speed of rotation.
The advance shredder serves to reduce the big and bulky materials to small pieces. The toothed rolls force these small pieces through the tooth spaces at the fixed knifes. The grain size depends on the tooth width and tooth depth of the roll, respectively of the fixed knife. The series 250 (low speed) therefore works without sieve. This proceeding happens at a speed of only 25 r.p.m. . Rolls and fixed knifes can be regrinded, but the wear at this series is very small.

Also the "slotter" is very easy to handle. For example the divided cutting chamber. As a result of the two opening possibilities the mill is very easy of access and easy to clean. This series guarantees best quality of granulated material as well. But attention must be paid to the slower grinding operation. Also attention must be paid to the fact, that the slotter can`t cut soft plastics (PP, PE) and can only conditioned cut hollow bodys.
